The 1969 and 1969A Federal Reserve Notes are special as the Treasurer is the same person and the Secretary is the same person. So why the change? Dorothy Andrews Elston married during her term and the name change meant a new signature. This is the only time this has happened. A belated congradulations to Mrs. Kabis.
